H&R Block Onboarding Brand
Starting a new job is fun! But also sometimes deeply terrifying.
H&R Block's HR department needed to rebrand the onboarding experience to help welcome the new kids to the Block. We presented three separate concepts, each with different brand identities and tangible items, to help visualize the individual ideas.

Kelly
A subtle nod to H&R Block's signature Kelly green, Kelly is all about support and inclusivity. We even envision featuring a non-binary AI-powered chatbot on the intranet to help new employees get to where they need to go.
Green Space
We're all a little green when we start a new job — and Green Space celebrates that. Designed to be a more robust social networking-like experience, Green Space is a place where new employees can plant their roots and grow.
Square One
It's back to the basics with Square One. This concept is all about satisfying the ask with a refreshed look and feel. Square One would fold into the current new hire ecosystem to make the experience smoother and more modern.
